Dinakdakan


Philippine Ilocano dish.

Pig Ears
Pig Tongue
Pig Liver
Calamansi/Lemon
White Onions
Salt
Ginger
Ground Pepper
Mayonaise

Grill all the pork.
Cut.
Mix everything in a bowl.
